Unlike other services, I offer counselling to families, carers, supporters and friends of those experiencing mental illness. I invite carers to attend sessions in Bundaberg or online counseling and then as a joint session so that I can provide tools and strategies on how best to work with people experiencing mental illness. Carers provide support and help with daily activities. With one in every eight Australians caring for a family member or friend by looking after someone with disability, a medical condition, mental illness or who is frail due to age, providing support can sometimes be intense, overwhelming and at times you may find it difficult. I offer my support sessions direct to you.

Online counseling can facilitate a meaningful one-on-one therapeutic relationship. Online therapy offers much-needed flexibility for people who may find it challenging to physically travel to consultations ‐ for example, people with disability or people experiencing severe anxiety. Sessions can also be arranged for out of hours consultations.
