Anxiety and Panic can be debilitating and make you feel there is no way out of the situation. I can help you start your journey of managing your symptoms by providing education, strategies, tools and techniques that you can immediately start to adopt. Unlike other practitioners, I include family and carers in my sessions, to provide practical tips to use when their loved one is affected by anxiety and panic and other mental health concerns. I have extensive experience working with adults and families and integrate a range of therapeutic techniques.
